Jairo Senise, President, C.E.O. and Founder

A multinational, multicultural, multilingual, and highly accomplished executive with an exceptional record of success in US and International business arenas, Jairo Senise provides valuable insights into the complex issues faced by companies today as they work to generate new revenue, improve operations, increase profit margin and achieve growth objectives. Throughout his more than 30-year career, Senise has displayed the ability to recognize and capitalize on growth opportunities through merger, acquisition, innovation or regionalization that have led to unprecedented gains in top and bottom lines.

Senise has been the driving force behind countless strategic and tactical initiatives impacting immediate and long-term business goals. He has repeatedly been recognized for his ability to understand US and international market dynamics, zero-in on consumer trends and market gaps, and create revenue opportunities by putting the right people, products, and processes in place to achieve substantial and sustainable growth.

Before founding his consulting company Senise was President and CEO of US Operations and the International Division of Grupo Lala, the biggest dairy company in Latin America and now the third largest in the US. Prior to joining Grupo Lala, Senise spent six years as President and CEO of Gruma Corporation, the US and International Operations of Gruma SAB, a publicly traded (NYSE: GMK). In addition to these responsibilities he was promoted to CEO of the parent company in January 2007.

Before that, Senise was recruited to join The Pillsbury Company as Regional Vice President Latin America and Africa and after three years was transferred to Europe as Regional Vice President and Managing Director Europe and Eurasia. He held several positions of ever-increasing scope and responsibility with CPC International/Best Foods, culminating in his being President and CEO of CPC International Andean Region. His early career experience includes management positions with S.C. Johnson and Colgate-Palmolive in South America.

Senise holds an MBA, Law Degree and an Accounting Degree. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
